What's the role?

As the Director of Program Management, you will lead project/program management of large scale collaboration with major customers ( Large Japanese Conglomerate and a Telco Major). Initial main geographical target would be Japan and APAC countries but eventually include opportunities outside APAC like Americas and EMEA. Coordinate with Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Customer Program Managers, overall orchestrate activities in both market development and solution identification/development. Collaboration and orchestration of diverse functions internally and becoming a focal point for key customers, their related companies and numerous partner ecosystem is also crucial success factor. Resilience and positive attitude throughout multiple challenges will also required.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Orchestration of multiple activities across multiple functional groups within Here Technologies; this will include GTM, Product Development, Product Management, Operations and Marketing.
• Engage with key customers and become a main communication hub with customers, related companies and crucial partners.
• Structure PoCs that will resonate effectively with customers and corral internal stakeholders to deliver required functionalities within agreed-upon timeline and budget constraints.
• Work closely with Product management to provide customer and market feedback and ensure a customer centric product roadmap
• Evaluate new market segments/channels and prioritize GTM
• Collaborate with product marketing on sales enablement and on developing GTM messaging and collateral
• Strengthen relationship as a trusted advisor for various stakeholders across multiple levels of organization.
• Represent HERE at industry conferences and events focused on data sharing and monetization.

Who are you?

You are a strong fit for this role if you possess the following skills, abilities, competencies and work experience:

• 15+ yrs. experience in GTM, business development, partnerships, or related market-facing functions
• Strong professional network in Japan with a proven ability to rapidly build and cultivate business relationships
• Experience and functional knowledge in one or more of following industry verticals: Auto, Transportation, Mobility, IoT (Smart Cities and/or Smart Appliances), Retail, Finance, Insurance.
• Successful management of complex projects and team building skills.
• Superior business, negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Motivated self-starter, with outstanding work ethic and energetic attitude.
• Experience with sales enablement and sales operations
• Experience with Data Management and processing platforms is a huge plus
• Bachelors degree in business or related fields.
