Sr GTM Strategy & Operations Manager - San Jose, CA

As Sr GTM Strategy & Operations Manager, you will partner with product, engineering, sales and finance in developing go-to-market strategy and execution plans. You will be responsible for operationalizing the business model and keeping stakeholders informed of project status, action items for each team, and where roadblocks are. You will ensure that progress & performance are measured by data and decisions are data-based. To be successful in this role, you know how to translate numbers into strategy by analyzing data, then turn strategy into execution by influencing others effectively and cross-functionally. You have strong curiosity for perfecting the business model – you continuously look for where improvement is needed and how to make it happen by supporting business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

• You will report directly to the Senior Director, Strategy & Growth and work closely with senior leaders from product, engineering, finance and sales org.
• Operationalize a business model and understand “who does what” and how to work with cross-functional teams.
• Design and conduct analyses with a large data set and provide insights and recommendations based on the data
• Develop measurements and ad-hoc reporting to drive decision making and allow management visibility

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills with attention to details. Ability to identify patterns and synthesize disparate data to explain problems and propose recommendations
• Min 7 – 10 years of related experience in product, business strategy, operations in tech companies or consulting firms
• Past experience in driving results through data outcomes
• Preferred experience in Tableau, SQL or Python
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and stakeholders
• Ability to be calm, patient and optimistic when things don’t go as planned
• Ability to be agile and resilient when the direction needs a change
• Background in enterprise SaaS; bonus if those were related to product launch and developing go-to-market strategy & executing it.
• Passion for cloud, SaaS and a new way of offering enterprise services
