Zebra Prescriptive Analytics (ZPA) prescribes actions in plain text using AI and machine learning. Our award-winning software automatically interprets your data to find valuable opportunities, alerting you in near-real time how to improve profits and margins.

The world's most recognized retail brands use ZPA. From hard-line and fashion to CPG and grocery, leading brands depend on ZPA to drive margin and efficiency.

We are searching for a Director Sales who will own the strategy, development and delivery of ZPA go to market of portfolio of solutions including Marketing plans, industry solution, plans and customer journeys. Scope reaches across every stage of the customer decision funnel for the full breadth of the analytics offerings, including existing and future acquisition. Increase Zebra brand awareness outside of traditional hardware segments, adding analytical data branding, and contributing to the next generation of Zebra solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Operational support for acquisition and integration of businesses
  • Help to define joint value propositions for Zebra Analytics capabilities combined with other Zebra solutions
  • Collaborates on go-to-market, pricing optimization, driving conversion and achieving revenue targets
  • Develop & deliver product positioning, messaging, and collateral to tell our story to customers including presentations, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers and webinars.
  • Create industry-leading and differentiated communication platform and strategy that showcases the unique value through digital marketing venues, press/public relations, influencer relations
  • Builds tactical and strategic customer journey plans
  • Develops benchmark criteria to measure the impact of our solutions (ROI, KPIs, etc.)
  • Introduce and lead execution of new, and continually refine processes to support ZPA growth
  • Contribute to our thought leadership through content and presentations at conferences

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required. MBA or equivalent Preferred; or at least ten years related experience in marketing, direct sales, leading people and an understanding of the retail marketplace
  • 12+ years of enterprise B2B selling experience, in the Retail or Supply Chain markets
  • Dynamic leadership selling complex technology solutions to mid and large enterprises
  • Strong background in solution solving jointly with customers
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM
  • Fluency in Implementing complex B2B solutions
  • Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills
  • Willing to continually learn the latest platforms, technology tools and solutions
  • Comfortable with acting as the company's spokesman and advocate via media appearances, interviews, sales calls, trade shows, etc.
  • Travel needed to conferences and social events
