Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Healthcare QA Testing Lead to define the QA strategy and establish the QA standards as part of enterprise wide business intelligence initiative. This role will be remote intially then onsite in the Atlanta GA area.

Job Overview:

As a Lead Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will work with solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Responsibilities

• Define overall QA strategy
• Establish automated testing
  • Develop & Execute Metrics that assess the health & functionality of a file migrating between environment
  • After each transformation, develop tools to automatically compare actual vs expected results and report defects
• Lead testing efforts for BI releases
  • Test Dashboards to confirm functionality
  • Track & manage defect resolution
• Define and execute regression testing
• Lead data quality initiatives as the need arises
• Maintain and support data catalog tools
• Design testing plans for all releases
  • Identify Test Cases from Data (Samples) that will be utilized for testing transformations
  • Develop Expected Test Results for testing transformations
• Coordinate major releases with the change management team

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a BI QA analyst
• 5+ years with Strong SQL skills (SnowSQL Preferred)
• 3+ years Understands Dimensional Data Modelling and testing
• 3+ years experience developing automated testing
• 3+ years of working with ETL concepts and testing
• Experience working with data lakes and warehouses
• Experience working with BI visualization tools like Tableau
• Team Player with strong communication skills
• Has strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Able to sharing and presenting ideas at a whiteboard
