Job Description
TrueCoach is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team! You’ll be supporting the success of some of the top coaches in the industry and guiding our customer’s growth every step of the way.You will have a unique opportunity to impact the success of TrueCoach in a big way as the online coaching industry continues to grow exponentially.
Being on the frontlines of customer satisfaction and retention takes patience and a great sense of humor, but when the vast majority of our customers love us...negative interactions are few and far between. The team you'll be joining takes a few things very seriously: going above and beyond for our customers and, never taking ourselves too seriously!
Who we're looking for:- You're willing to work 12pm - 8pm, and one Sunday per month - remote to start, open to relocation.
- You have experience in SaaS customer success and/or support
- Your written communications are clear, personable, and empathetic
- You're productive even when working remote
- You learn quickly and have a knack for solving complex problems
- You're passionate about health, tech, fitness, and learning new things
Nice to Haves- You've used TrueCoach as a coach and/or client (or a comparable training app)
- You have experience in the fitness industry
- You're familiar with writing bug reports
- You're familiar with Intercom Inbox
- You've worked at a tech company or SaaS startup
What you'll be doing- Providing world-class customer support via Intercom Inbox
- Assisting in the creation and execution of proactive customer success playbooks
- Growing, managing, and maintaining our written knowledge-base
- Conducting live demos, webinars and scheduled calls with customers (no phone support!)
