Professional Services Implementation Consultant - LastPass

Job Description

Overview

We are searching for a Professional Services Implementation Consultant for LastPass. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of LastPass password management and identity solution within large enterprises. You must have a solid understanding and experience with web security and authentication technologies and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementations of LastPass including:
  • Responsible for initial definition of project goals, timelines, milestones, risks, etc.
  • Project manage implementations and monitor productivity efficiencies to help further expansion
  • Track project through completion and acceptance
• Simultaneously manage multiple customer projects
• Assist with security audits of SaaS infrastructures and procedures
• Assist the sales teams with project scoping exercises
• Work closely with solution consultants and customer success managers to provide customers with a great implementation experience
• Act as liaison between customer and product group in order to facilitate feedback

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills managing both internal and client resources
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a ‘get it done’ attitude, helping to overcome any technical hurdles with the adoption and roll out of LastPass during the pre and post-sales processes
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with audience
• Strong communication skills both technically and non-technically

Mandatory Software Skills:

• Understanding of web infrastructure, web security and network protocols
• Understanding of network authentication approaches like OAuth, OpenID, SAML, PKI and LDAP
• Experience with the configuration of Active Directory, Azure AD, Federation, SSO, MFA and SCIM
• Working knowledge of other identity platforms like Okta and Radius
• Experience with scripting languages like Powershell, Bash or Python
• Understanding and experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Understanding and knowledge of different web browsers and browser extension technology

Nice to Have Software Skills:

• Understanding and experience with REST APIs and integrations with external systems
• Working knowledge of different data persistence methods such as SQL
• Knowledge of enterprise software deployment solutions like SCCM, Group policy
• Middleware software development within SaaS environment

Person Attributes

• Able to travel to customer sites (20%)
• Self-starter with a high personal motivation for success
