Zebra Technologies has acquired Profitect Inc., a leading provider of prescriptive analytics for the retail and consumer packaged goods industries. The addition of the Profitect solution offerings, technology, talents team and culture to Zebra expands our relevancy deeper and wider in global retails operations.

Responsibilities

Seeks out, builds, and maintains strong customer relationships at the executive leadership level, across all business groups: operations, finance, merchandising, planning and allocation, supply chain and, asset protection; Responsible for continued engagement throughout the customer relationship to drive two critical goals: renewal of existing agreements, upsell of additional Profitect software modules; Works in conjunction with ZPA’s Customer Success team to ensure software platform adoption with new customers, motivated by a strong understanding of ZPA features and functions, as well as the business needs of the retail user community to drive customer value; Acts as ‘voice of customer’ within ZPA – liaise between ZPA’s Executive group, Customer Success, Data Services, and R&D teams to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle; Responsible for new opportunity development, proposal submissions, and related contract negotiation to ensure successful and timely closure of new business with existing accounts.

This role ideally will be based near/around Burlington, MA but open to remote workers that reside on the east coast. ~ 50% travel will be expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 + years of applicable B2B sales experience in a technology-centric environment
  • B2B retail sales a strong differentiator
  • Stellar executive engagement skills with an ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with business decision makers
  • Experience selling/upselling into larger enterprise organizations
  • The ability to develop and adapt advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs required
  • Customer service values/orientation
