Overview
Our team at LogMeIn is looking for an energetic Product Marketing Manager for our Customer Engagement and Support Business to develop and execute a strategy for product launches, compelling content creation, and targeted vertical marketing material for our Support Solutions products including the Rescue and GoToAssist products. There is a transformation underway that is changing the way every company interacts with their employees and customers. This transformation is being driven by the demands in the shift to remote work, adoption of cloud applications, and the increasing expectations in delivering a great customer and employee experience. This Product Marketing Manager will own the planning, coordination and execution of creating rich content to highlight the capabilities and value of LogMeIn’s Support Solutions offerings through demo experiences, highlight videos, event showcases, and interactive content to accelerate the adoption and usage of the Rescue and GoToAssist products and in turn drive overall CES business growth.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing for the CES business, this role will run point on our strategy and execution for the creation of rich interactive product content, demo experiences, evaluation guides, technical white papers and competitive differentiation for our Support Solutions and Remote Support product portfolio
- Build and maintain a demonstration environment for the Support Solutions suite that can be leveraged for content creation including videos and as a resource for our Solutions Consulting team for best practices, with specific use-cases highlighted such as vertical examples
- Drive product launch activities with visual and interactive content to highlight new capabilities and use-cases
- Travel (<20%) to support field and marketing activity, including industry events, exec summits and LogMeIn events
- Support competitive analysis across the Product Marketing team which includes monitoring and updating competitive information, communication, and assets
- Build with our internal Training & Development team scalable programs to improve how sales and solution consulting teams leverage product demos to drive pipeline creation and conversion
- Support sales and marketing efforts as required, with a specific focus on driving best-in-class examples around customer demos to highlight our product value
- Assist with continuous improvement on how sales replies to RFPs and work with a cross-functional team of PM, SC, and PS to advance how we articulate our value through demo and technical content
- Own partner related demo experiences and briefing center demos
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or product marketing required
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Technical Marketing or Implementation Services (Professional Services, Solution Consulting) within high tech organizations with the demonstrated ability to execute on configuration and demonstration of a software solution
- 3+ years’ experience in a B2B environment, creating and implementing content and demos to showcase the capabilities and value of a software solution
- Experience in high tech, fast pace company delivering SaaS products in IT helpdesk, remote support, customer support, contact center, customer engagement, customer experience technologies preferred
- Proficiency in mapping and developing a user journey, including content, for a B2B product: for example, creating an organized content flow on a product from exploration through implementation
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual (e.g. video) communication and documentation skills needed including experience building impactful marketing collateral and informational content including; white papers, interactive product demos, webinars and web video for content marketing programs (please provide samples of your work)
- Enthusiasm for public speaking and presenting to audiences, both internal and external at events
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, act with a sense of urgency, and interface with all levels of the organization
