• Developing, selling and executing yearly, quarterly, monthly business ideas and plans.
• Handling sales funding for responsible categories for the best return of investment.
• Own business analysis, issue solution and gap closing plan.
• Building proactive engagement and positive relationship with customers and internal business partners

Qualifications

• Undergraduate as basic requirement, proficient in English writing and speaking
• Strong leadership and ownership to engage internal and external customer.
• Strong collaborating and interpersonal skills. Passionate and innovative for winning.
• Category/customer insights and eCommerce experience is helpful.
