• 3+ years experience
• CS degree, or demonstrated ability through side projects and other experience
• Personal ownership over past projects
• Working understanding of CS fundamentals
• Ability to work independently
• Orientations towards approaching technical problems holistically
• Willingness to try new things, learn from mistakes and work through obstacles
• Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
