Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements of credit watch merchants and present key data for review.
• Prepare schedules utilized in credit review meetings which show sales projections, AR balances and projected payments.
• Track deposits and prepayments and prepare schedules for presentation to sales team and merchants.
• Help identify potential at-risk clients through financial statement review, industry tools, internet searches and aging reviews.
• Perform onboarding credit reviews for merchants and publishers that are new to our business.
• Perform collections for an assigned subset of accounts.
• Assist with aging maintenance.
• Assist with cash applications or other AR functions.
• Identify and recommend efficiency improvements
• Escalate credit and collection issues with the customer and internally
• Assist the department with other accounts receivable duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• BS in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of credit, collections and accounts receivable
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Negotiation and conflict management skills
• Internet industry experience a plus, especially dealing with affiliate relationships
• Experience with D&B, Credit Risk Monitor or other credit industry tools
• Knowledge of Oracle
