YouAs Parsley’s growth PM, you will be responsible for building growth product experiences that educate potential customers about Parsley’s unique value proposition and encourage them to become members as we scale nationwide. You will be responsible for developing growth strategies, road mapping, and executing on an experiment-driven roadmap with the goal of growing Parsley’s memberships. We are looking for an experienced, eager, persistent, customer-focused individual that can draw on relevant experience to kick our growth initiatives into higher gear.
ResponsibilitiesUltimately, success in this role is increasing our membership base as we scale nationwide. There are no shortage of opportunities: from building strong conversion initiatives for high-traffic funnels to partnering on opportunities with SEO/SEM teams to increase program efficiency, to growing awareness of Parsley and our product offerings, to partnering on building CRM programs to educate and convert members.
This includes, but is not limited to:- Building an experimentation roadmap to create an optimized conversion funnel for a complex & long purchase cycle product
- Developing hypotheses, validating via A/B testing and other measurement strategies
- Determining an online strategy for using email, blog content, sales calls, promotions, and online purchase flows to grow our membership base
- Creating a compelling marketing site that clearly explains Parsley’s value proposition, while working cross-functionally with our marketing and brand teams
- Driving product development from ideation to launch and evaluation within an agile framework
- Using qualitative and quantitative methods to surface unmet user needs and product opportunities
- Gathering requirements, defining scope, prioritizing development work
- Leading a design and engineering team that spreads a culture of experimentation across the larger organization
- Learning from our members, providers, colleagues, and others in our ecosystem about the best ways to communicate and sell complex medical products
Skills- Data-driven. Experience with experimentation is a must, with a strong bias for using data to guide decision making. SQL, statistics, financial analysis/case experience are all pluses.
- Strong communicator. You have a proven ability to influence executives and team leaders on cross-functional initiatives, particularly within marketing, brand and creative teams.
- Digital marketing and Martech literate. You are fluent in web metrics and their instrumentation, data management, email marketing, SEO, and enjoy learning about emerging tools and technologies for driving growth.
- Team Leader. You demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with a talented team of engineers and designers. You enjoy working as part of a team with diverse skill sets, are good at building consensus, and establish credibility by being thoughtful, clear, and correct.
- Customer-focused. You routinely seek out interaction with customers to systematically understand key pain points and prioritize all decisions with the customer in mind.
- Systems thinker and problem solver. You can break big, messy problems into smaller, simpler problems that allow a team to execute and iterate rapidly.
Qualifications- Have 3-5 years PM experience, 2+ in growth PM domain
- SF or NYC based
