Position Overview As an Autodesk Construction Cloud expert & someone with a strong customer focus, the Construction Technology Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting company growth through relationship management and driving product awareness among the federal and state Departments of Transportation and other public sector entities. A vital member of the Autodesk Construction Solutions sales team, your success will be demonstrated by your ability to get our customers to standardize on the Autodesk Construction Cloud, turn your customers into Autodesk champions, and support the rest of the field operations team with your robust product and industry knowledge. Responsibilities Hit the ground running with pre-existing industry knowledge Build relationships with our DOT and other public sector customers to ensure retention, adoption, standardization Proactively reach out to specific existing accounts in our customer base to educate about new product features & drive adoption of core features Turn every client into an Autodesk Construction Cloud advocate and lifetime customer Serve as an Autodesk Construction Cloud product and industry expert for the rest of the ACS sales team Minimum Qualifications Deep knowledge of Department of Transportation technology selection and deployment processes, as well as public sector procurement processes Proven track record in managing client relationships Passion for helping our customers and a commitment to creating amazing customer experiences Proactively seek opportunities to learn and improve existing processes Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in person and over the phone Experience conducting group webinars Experience using Autodesk solutions in your current or previous role preferred Live in either Eastern or Central time zone About Autodesk Construction Solutions Autodesk has fully reimagined the construction business for the digital age, enabling companies to address the most important challenges they face today while preparing for new ways of working in the future.
