Lead Product Manager, Education

This position involves working with existing and new customers to further develop our overall product offerings for educators across the world.

Responsibilities

• Work with schools and universities to gather feature requests and translate them into technical product requirements.
• Collaborate internally with engineering, support, and design teams, and effectively drive releases of new features.
• Develop relationships with thought leaders in the education space. Represent Zoom in industry events and presentations.
• Identify key third party services, prioritize, and implement corresponding API integrations. Build relationships with partners in the education industry.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management or product development experience in the education/online learning field.
• Must either have development experience with a higher education LMS system or a significant role in a higher education IT organization.
• Technical background is required, Engineering / CS or MBA degree a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated.
• Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen.
• Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills.
