If you are motivated by delivering happiness, come join us at Zoom! Zoom is looking for a marketing content manager to develop and execute on our content marketing strategy. This role requires you to collaborate across Zoom’s marketing, product, and sales enablement teams to produce high-quality content that supports Zoom’s global business goals.

Responsibilities

    • Contribute to Zoom’s marketing content, including capturing and sharing customer stories as blogs, case studies, infographics, and other formats
    • Generate and manage content for social, email, SEO, and various marketing programs
    • Highly collaborative, cross-functional work with:
    • - Product marketing to develop assets that translate the technical aspects of the Zoom platform into value-driven messaging for Zoom customers and potential customers - Product and customer success teams to develop content related to specific feature and product releases - Customer and vertical marketing to develop compelling customer stories via video and written case studies, and connect with customers through email content - Enterprise and vertical marketing teams to develop and evolve the industry-specific strategy, messaging, and collateral - Sales enablement to provide context and education around Zoom’s content to make it easier to know which content to leverage in every situation
    • Constantly measure Zoom’s content performance and usage, optimizing, scaling, and evolving programs to uplevel Zoom’s brand and presence in the market
    • Act as a marketing owner for Guru, our sales content system

Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years successful track-record producing B2B content and content programs, strong preference for SaaS and communications technology experience
    • Excellent writing and editing skills (AP style), with the ability to successfully adjust tone and tactic for the medium – from blog post to data sheet to case study (writing samples required , possible writing test)
    • Hands-on expertise in video production and graphic design – proficiency with some of the following: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
    • Ability to collaborate and work with a variety of stakeholders
    • Hands-on experience optimizing social content for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
    • Ability to think and work on both strategy and execution – from looking at a year-out content plan to copy editing a data sheet in a snap
    • Understanding of content SEO best practices
    • A GIF game that’s on point
    • BA/BS required, preference for journalism, English, or related major
