Job Description
Tulip is growing rapidly and looking for a new member of our People Operations team. We’re looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic, and entrepreneurial team-player, who will help us streamline and scale our business. You will have your hands in all things People Ops, from benefits administration to new programs to data analysis to recruiting. Passion for all things People is a must.
The Job:- Manage benefits administration
- Training & development programs
- Culture & engagement programs
- Employee relations & retention
- Employment lifecycle activities
- Manage compliance, immigration, and labor relations
- Build and manage People Operations data practice, reporting & analysis
- Recruiting as needed
You:- Want to help build a world-class people operations function for a fast-growing startup
- Comfortable wearing many hats and balancing competing priorities
- Project management experience
- Positive can-do attitude!
- No job is too big or too small
- Eager to jump in, help your teammates, and improve processes and systems
- Great listener and communicator (written and verbal)
- Hyper-organized and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Have experience managing confidential information
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Business or Communications
- 2+ years of relevant People Operations experience
- Startup experience is a plus
- Experience with systems implementation is a plus (HRIS, etc.)
- Experience with payroll compliance is a plus
