JOB SUMMARY: To lead the Unit Dose Manufacturing area to achieve production targets efficiently in line with GMP, safety and other regulatory standards. Actively seeking and working on your own development with a focus on future leadership. Lead a multi-function team in planning and executing a manufacturing schedule for the Business Unit. Participate in development of the organisational structure to meet the site demands and the delegation of tasks. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are being followed. Support 12hr operation management .
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience:

• A third level qualification in Science or Engineering is desirable.

• 5 years’ experience of working in a highly regulated Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Experience on sterile filtration, bulk heat manufacturing, aseptic operation and operations in classified environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of Blow Fill & Seal (BFS) technology is a benefit.
