You are curious and excited to learn about new and old technologies powering a modern factory. You understand that every customer sees the world a bit differently. You are able to build strong relationships across departments and help drive Quality while meeting deadlines.To be successful in this role will require deep experience with QA and leading technical teams. You’ve built up automated tests using selenium and balanced them with manual QA processes. You can work between the Product and Engineering teams to stay on top of new features and figure out how best to test them.About the role:The Quality Manager will lead the team that owns Tulip’s testing, release management, and QMS processes. At Tulip, we have three different release cycles – one each for hardware, embedded software, and the web. Each cycle has its own challenges and testing strategy. On the web side, we use standard Selenium-based tools for integration testing. On the Hardware side, there’s less off-the-shelf, but automation is just as important.
