TouchBistro is looking for a Product Owner, Payments that will play an integral role in supporting our payments business. You will be a product evangelist and partner closely with business stakeholders and development leaders to assist in aligning resources and prioritization. Specifically, you will help drive the requirements for payment integrations across the globe by working with the Payment Development Team to ensure releases are conducted in a timely manner.

YOUR DAY-to-DAY

  • Partner with the Sr. Product Manager in supporting the Product Development Team with payment integration initiatives
  • Support the Sr. Product Manager in grooming the Product backlog
  • Serve as the voice of Product during Scrum Events
  • Assist with translating technical specification documents into user stories for the Development Team
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to discover business needs and validate requirements, priorities, and business objectives
  • Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure all parties are held accountable and deliverables are met on time

ALL ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in an agile environment
  • College Diploma or a University Degree in a relevant field
    • Business, Information Systems and Computer Science are preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams
  • You exhibit strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, communication (written, verbal, and technical), presentation, negotiation, influence and problem-solving skills
  • You are knowledgeable in managing the definition and execution of projects (conceptualization, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation)

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with Jira preferred
  • Payments industry knowledge is an asset
  • CSPO certification is a plus
