As a Marketing Coordinator at Parsley Health, you’re responsible for doing everything necessary to help us build a best-in-class supplements business. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, e-commerce, and customer experience.R O L E

• Assist with maintenance of our supplements operations (e-commerce back-end, logistics, and vendors) to ensure high quality experience for our members and customers.
• Create operational efficiencies by proposing and carrying out margin improvements, process streamlining, and vendor upgrades.
• Assist with the continued build-out of our e-commerce experience (e.g. optimize on-site conversion rate, launch new products, create landing pages)
• Conduct analytics and report on key metrics of the supplement business, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Work with Clinical and Member Experience teams to provide satisfactory responses to customers’ questions.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

• 1+ year in e-commerce operations and/or customer service
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, Shopify preferred
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as analytical ability
• Adaptable, things change often and we need someone who can roll with the punches and flex quickly
• Detail-oriented with a knack for organization.
