Senior Cloud Application Administrator sought by Ellucian Company L.P. in San Antonio, TX 40 hrs/wk. Duties: Database & application installation, configuration & maintenance according to established best practices. Min. Requirements: bachelors degree or higher or foreign equivalent in computer information systems or equivalent experience, or related field; plus minimum of 5 years of experience with oracle relational database administration (11g and 12c), installation, and configuration management specific skills or other requirements: 5 years of experience with enterprise scale linux administration. 5 years of experience in oracle sql & pl/sql, oracle recovery manager (rman), weblogic server, oracle fusion middleware (forms and reports), operational data storage (ods). 5 years of experience with single sign-on configuration/support (sso). 5 years of experience in administration of web servers running tomcat, apache, iis, nginx. 5 years of experience in shell, perl, python, or similar scripting languages to automate common tasks. 5 years of experience with ldap and ssl setup and configuration. 5 years of experience in itil knowledge (incident, change and problem management) and related tools (servicenow). 5 years of experience in professional and technical experience in an enterprise cloud environment with a focus on customer service and delivery role managing and mitigating escalations. *one year of experience in the job offered will substitute for one year of education toward a bachelors degree.
