About us Job Purpose To lead a team of learning, development and new talent programs specialists to operationalize the global talent strategy involving human capital priorities arising from education, new talent programs, technical skills, people development, and strategic workforce planning.
Key Accountabilities - Ensure the development of an annual learning plan and actively manage the on time, on-budget design, development, and delivery of learning solutions to meet all client needs.
- Lead the learning and development organization to successfully meet/exceed all targets established in the service level agreements with clients through implementing innovative solutions and refined best practices to improve operational performance.
- Recommend strategic plans to create a more diverse population of inclusive leaders.
- Inform global talent data requirements, specific metrics and benchmarks to develop meaningful insights for talent agenda and share with local managers.
- Lead the development and ongoing management of the succession planning process at a leadership level.
- Ensure robust approach to talent identification, development and succession planning down to staff level through effective management at a junior level.
- To set policy by providing thought leadership internally and externally to key skills agencies and government bodies, such as the vision, strategy and direction of internal talent movement, succession planning, career development, and inclusion and diversity solutions.
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required - Excellent communication and influencing skills in order to build trust and create buy in for change.
