Partner Support AnalystWe are looking for a technically skilled

What you'll do... - Provide highly-responsive integration support to Updox partners during the adoption and ongoing use of Updox
- Provide project coordination and technical assistance to the partner during implementation
- Establish and maintain a support/account coordination relationship with certain partners
- Interface with both Updox and partner development personnel to triage, prioritize and resolve technical issues
- Proactively inform partners of issues which may impact the production operations of partners or their customers
- Provide on-call support outside of business hours for high priority partner issues
- Identify process improvement opportunities both in partner implementations and support processes
- Recommend methodologies and procedures to facilitate partner support operations
What you'll bring... - 3-5 years experience in technical support of integrated services or software-as-a-service applications
- 1-3 years experience in healthcare provider practice management or Electronic Medical Records software is preferred
- Proven track record of high customer satisfaction
- RESTful API troubleshooting and design experience
- Familiarity with transact SQL scripting and database concepts
- Knowledge of ONC Meaningful Use certifications a bonus
- Ability to seamlessly transition between a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment
- Patience and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience troubleshooting software in Windows, Mac, Linux and mobile environments preferred
- Experience managing small projects with multiple teams preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, networking, or related field preferred.
