Partner Implementation AnalystWe're looking for a technically skilled
Partner Implementation Analyst to be a critical part of our Partner Support team and join our mission of revolutionizing healthcare. What you'll do... - Collaborate with business development, sales, accounting, product, engineering teams in support of our partners as the technical subject matter expert (Updox integration APIs) in discussions with current and prospective partners
- Coordinate API integration implementations by Updox partners all the way from pre-sales support through partner’s post production rollout to their customers
- Define scope details for each implementation and track progress to the defined scope
- Document existing and new partner integration implementation specifications
- Assist partner support team to triage, prioritize and resolve technical issues as needed
- Provide assistance with responding to partner invoice and billing issues by coordinating research with partner support and accounting
- Recommend process improvement opportunities to partner implementations and support
- Collaborate with product management and engineering on roadmap and integration development efforts to prepare partner support team for expected changes
What you'll bring... - 3-5 years experience in providing software implementation services to customers including API integrations between solutions
- 1-3 years experience in healthcare provider practice management or Electronic Medical Records software is preferred
- Experience coordinating and driving implementation activities with customers
- Ability to deliver high quality technical integration and functional consultancy
- Experience providing pre-sales assistance
- Ability to collaborate and work with business development, marketing, product, engineering, accounting and support teams
- Proven track record of high customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, networking, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience considered
