Job Description
Are you an undergraduate junior or senior student with a passion for Account Management? We are looking for an Account Management Intern who will be responsible for assisting in various client requests, YouTube and Social strategy, social reporting analysis, deck creation for relevant initiatives, and creating weekly trend reports. If diving deep into the world of YouTube, digital entertainment, and the social media landscape is interesting to you, we welcome you to Fullscreen! Aside from being enthusiastic about what we do, we're looking for someone with a consistent record of being a great teammate to support and fulfill the strategic objectives of a highly cross-functional organization. The internship is 20 hours per week for 12 weeks and will start on September 14th or September 28th, depending on what date best fits your academic calendar.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the account team on day to day tasks including but not limited to various client requests, deck creation for relevant initiatives, and competitor and social research.
- Working with the account team to create and analyze clients’ weekly YouTube and Social reports
- Creating weekly trend reports to distribute to account teams
- Researched competitive examples in the social space across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Tik Tok and presented to internal teams
- Assist the account team in YouTube and Social strategy for clients
- Attending client meetings and taking notes to distribute to the internal team
Qualifications
- Proficient in Google Drive Suite
- General experience/knowledge of social media platforms
- Must have an interest in client services or account management
- Must have an interest for all things Entertainment
- Account Management experience preferred, but another internship or group project can qualify
- Have 3.0 GPA or higher, be currently enrolled Undergraduate Junior or Senior student
- PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept recent graduates into the internship program at this time
- Only currently enrolled students will be considered
- Be detail oriented
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and be a team player
- Have an outgoing personality
