About this role: As part of the International team, you’d be the face of the company to the transport authorities, operators and cities in Germany and Scandinavia. You'll work closely with customers (public transportation authorities and operators) to implement and ensure their success using Remix. This includes training new users, ensuring they have every opportunity to plan better transit, constant problem solving, and helping us achieve business success in Europe. You’ll execute our success strategy with existing and new customers working closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams.
You’d be a good fit if:
- You can teach technical content comfortably, to large and small groups
- You hear problems from others and have a burning desire to solve them
- You can manage customer expectations when needed
- You feel comfortable analyzing geographical and numerical datasets
- You are a strong presenter, and are energized by spending the day speaking and listening to others
Must haves:
- You are a fluent English and German speaker. Other languages are also valuable, specially Swedish, Norwegian or Danish
- You have a technical background in one or more of the following: Excel, Data Analysis, GIS, Information Technology Systems and Transportation Planning
You'll be working on:
- Being our primary point of contact for Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and German customers
- Continually teaching, advising, and challenging our customers to ensure their success
- Analyzing customers’ geospatial data and come up with the best ways of uploading and displaying it in Remix in coordination with our internal GIS team.
- Working closely with our customers to ensure they are getting the most value out of Remix, so they renew their contracts with us.
- Ensuring our product roadmap aligns with the needs of European public transport authorities by collecting feedback from customers and sharing internally
- Leading technical demos and workshops with potential customers
- Supporting other aspects of the customer experience such as training content and on-site workshops
