Job Description
Fullscreen is looking for a Rights Management Projects and Partnerships Consultant who will be responsible for assisting with the research, development and/or completion of operational projects focused on the capabilities and efficiency of workflows related to the identification and reconciliation of copyrighted content owned by Fullscreen clients, within both the YouTube and Facebook social media platforms. The consultant will also be responsible for assisting the ongoing development of a content and operations knowledge base for the Rights Management department. The ideal candidate would have significant experience in operating functionality within the YouTube Content Management System (CMS) and Facebook Rights Manager platforms and a passion for social video platforms (YouTube especially), digital video entertainment, music and video gaming. The candidate should be fluent in the process of claiming legal rights to copyrighted material within social media platforms and the various business, legal and technical issues that arise from this process. The candidate would also be highly organized, have a passion for professional growth, committed to supporting and developing team collaboration and a strong sense of initiative to help fulfill projects and deadlines within a fast-paced and changing environment. This is a remote 3-month contract position.
PRIORITIES
- Management of operational projects and initiatives as assigned by Associate Director, Rights Management and/or senior leadership.
- Contribute to operational efficiency through collaboration and ability to identify and work with relevant subject matter experts (SME) across the Fullscreen business.
- Mentor Rights Management Operations staff in advanced techniques within YouTube CMS and Facebook Rights Manager
- Consistently embody Fullscreen values and actively participate in department and company company culture, training, and development initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of related experience
- YouTube Certified (Asset Monetization, Content Ownership, Music Certification)
- Content Management Systems (CMS) experience
- Knowledgeable of online video distribution, music industry partnerships, video gaming culture and the related business, legal and technical issues of these content industries
- Superior communication, multi-tasking, organization and time management skills
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Google suite, Microsoft and Apple OS applications
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
BONUS POINTS
- Social media agency, digital agency, or online video experience (SEO, video operations)
- Project management experience and/or PMP certification
- Business development/client-facing experience
- Expertise with ad revenue concepts within social media platforms
- Expertise using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects
- Personal interest in music and/or video production and/or video gaming
