We drive impact at small, medium, and large corporations by closing the technical skills shortage through cutting-edge training programs and high-touch talent solutions.Role Summary: The Engagement Manager of Career Services facilitates matchmaking for hundreds of software engineers and data scientists who graduate from our technical training programs each year. As an Engagement Manager, you will partner closely with Galvanize’s Enterprise department to build relationships with clients who are seeking software engineering and data science talent. You will interface with stakeholders across our network of schools to identify, prepare, and present curated talent to clients – ultimately helping eager technologists land excellent jobs with clients in need. This is a fully Remote position.As Engagement Manager of Career Services, you will:

• Juggle client and talent satisfaction through a strong customer-service oriented approach to relationship-building, matchmaking, and delivery
• Lead the development of standardized forms, processes, procedures, and other materials to support the seamless matchmaking of talent and clients from discovery through engagement close
• Design matchmaking and delivery processes that align with each client’s needs while problem-solving and owning resolutions if and when client problems arise
• Participate in discovery and qualification discussions with new clients to sell the benefits of Galvanize talent, identify talent-client fit, and shape client understanding of Galvanize talent
• Collect and analyze engagement data from assessments, surveys, and retrospectives
• Participate in recurring client meetings to solicit feedback, drive progress, and report results
• Develop strategies with clients to link hiring outcomes to business results and ROI
• Ensure strong career outcomes for talent by developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the Galvanize Career Services team
• Work closely with the Galvanize Enterprise sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
• Utilize client stakeholder and talent feedback to continuously improve offerings and delivery processes
