Galvanize is growing and we need a Director of Talent Solutions that is grounded in the fundamentals of Digital Transformation (e.g. Agile, Cloud Native, Data Science). We are seeking an expert in outcome-based Executive level communication. Role Summary: The Director of Galvanize Talent Solutions role is to connect Clients that need Software Engineering and Data Science talent with the people that Galvanize produces in our world class programs. The role requires high level relationship building with Clients and Galvanize Teams to produce a fully curated and positive experience for all involved while producing optimal business outcomes. This is a role for a person with a business builders mentality and the ability to think and learn quickly in order to provide the Talent that enables Digital Transformation for our Clients. ABOUT YOU:
  • Background in Enterprise Technology Services and/or the Staffing Industry. Services/Solutions sales experience is a plus.
  • Understand modern software and data technologies and techniques, how large companies can take advantage of these and the outcomes they produce, and how they are addressing skills gaps in those areas
  • Talk at every level of an organization from developers to CEOs
  • Ability to identify enterprise prospects, then work various personal, executive, partner networks to meet key stakeholders, and close complex sales with a diverse product set in a team setting
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced startup environment building new strategies and markets
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build, manage, and execute a Talent Solutions business plan; including educating the market about the impact of Galvanize Talent Solutions
  • Research and prospect accounts using the latest prospecting strategies & tools
  • Learn and present Galvanize Talent Solutions to new prospective customers
  • Work full-cycle deals from sourcing to qualified to close while building lasting relationships with internal Galvanize Talent Teams.
  • Negotiate contracts while navigating complex enterprise selling environments
  • Once opportunities are successfully landed, expand throughout the account
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating happy and referenceable customers
