This Capacity Planning position, based in Austin, is a newly created position in a newly formed Strategy and Optimization team within Global Payment Operations. This position is critical to this department’s evolution.
eBay’s Managed Payments initiative is rapidly transforming Billing, Payment, Reconciliation, and Compliance operations. This individual will partner closely with the aforementioned operation teams, as well as Finance, Risk and Go-To-Market.
We are looking for an exceptional Workforce Management (WFM) Capacity Planning/Forecast lead, who is passionate about building and evolving the processes, tools and outcomes tied to space. In this role, you will be expected to build and maintain a new centralized resource forecast as well as drive annual planning, other resource related reporting and projects.
It is expected that you will have strong forecasting and planning quantitative skills, project management skills and process improvement skills. This position requires a highly analytical individual that thrives in a fact-based / data driven environment. We seek a confident self-starter able to support their work product when challenged. Experience in capacity planning and forecasting is essential for hitting the ground running. It is also expected that this person will be proactive, collaborative with partners, poses strong communication skills and have a tenacious curiosity for improving the way things are done. In short, understand processes as they are today, deconstruct so it can be optimized. Make the complex simple. Use numbers and facts.
