We’re growing fast, in both headcount and revenue, and we’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our product-led acquisition and revenue growth efforts. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will build a performance marketing function whose tireless aim is to acquire and convert net new demand for Workable's products, through both self-service and more traditional B2B sales channels. While you are creative in your pursuits, you are extremely data-driven and outcome-oriented, with a keen eye for efficiency and precision. This role reports into the CMO.
The ideal Head of Growth Marketing has 10+ years of marketing experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Build out a scalable, accountable acquisition marketing function that is responsible for achieving targets for: trial starts, trial activation, trial>paid conversion, self-service revenue, marketing qualified pipeline, and net new bookings
- Optimize Workable’s inbound marketing efforts and move the needle on conversion of the 2MM monthly unique visitors already visiting workable.com
- Oversee all paid acquisition efforts and manage Workable's demand gen budget
- Develop and manage all field and digital marketing events (webinars, roundtables, tradeshows) geared towards engaging the HR and talent acquisition community in an effort to create demand
- Partner closely with Workable's content team to optimize inbound traffic and to develop compelling content to support both database marketing and outbound efforts
- Work closely with Workable's inbound SDR teams to optimize the capture and conversion of inbound demand
- Work closely with Workable's outbound SDR teams to build an outbound strategy geared towards producing net new demand from high value targets that fit within Workable's ICP
- Work closely with product, UX, and support to manage the user experience within Workable itself to improve conversion and maximize upgrade opportunities
- Work closely with product marketing on creating opportunities and pipeline for new features and products - both from existing customers and net new prospects
- Report on self-service acquisition and revenue metrics
- Report on inbound and outbound campaign/channel performance, focusing on pipeline creation and efficiency
- Develop understanding of efficiency metrics and optimize efforts to continuously drive down CAC and improve CLV/LTV
- Spearhead changes to internal operations to improve efficiency and collaboration within the marketing and SDR functions
- Influence the buildout of the martech stack to ensure Workable maximizes its demand generation efforts
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a demand generation, growth marketing, or e-commerce role
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- 5+ years building, managing and leading teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools (e.g. Hubspot/Marketo, Google Adwords, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Outreach, Tableau, web personalization and A/B testing tools, in-app product analytics/adoption tools, ABM software, and more)
- Experience building and overseeing execution of campaigns
- Strong SEO skills - both from a content creation and a technical standpoint
