Silvercar's Dealerware team is adding an experienced Sr. Mobile Developer . This person must be passionate about mentoring other engineers with a strong record of solving complex business problems.

As an iOS Swift Mobile Developer, you will:

• Be a technical leader within your team and across the Product Engineering organization.
• Be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team to iterate and deliver on new product increments.
• Design, develop, and deploy iOS, Android, and back-end applications.
• Contribute in test-driven development and other mobile best practices.
• Coach and mentor team members on software engineering activities and best practices.
• Inspire and excite people internally around the long-term technical vision.
• Contribute to solving the company's toughest technical challenges.

• Have expert knowledge of Android and iOS platforms, service-oriented architectures, domain-driven design, test-driven development, networking, and security.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to understand and explain highly technical information in a clear, concise manner.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years work experience in a professional environment with Android and iOS development.
• 5+ years work experience in a professional environment with other programming languages and tools (i.e. Node, React, Go, Java, C#, Kubernetes,Terraform, etc.).
• 3+ years of work experience in a professional environment in developing high-performing, scalable and available mobile applications/web services.
• 3+ years of work experience in a professional environment with Clean Architecture and reactive programming.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration.
• Understanding of Apple’s human interface guidelines (HIG).
• Experience being a full-stack mobile developer (iOS + Android + backend language).
• Extensive experience working in a product-driven environment.
• Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Knowledge in using advanced SQL/MYSQL queries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience preferred.
