Senior Designer - Product

Job Description

*This is a freelance position. Well, hello there. Nice to see you. We are looking for a Product Design Lead with a strong emphasis on interaction design and data driven dashboard layouts on a global B2C/B2B product experience. This role will work within our product design team and partner closely with our client to deliver dev friendly product solutions, modular components, prototypes and animations. You know the ropes:

What you need to know:

• How to create workflows for the product experience, delivered as high-fidelity designs, animations, modular components, and/or prototype walkthroughs.
• Have a solid understanding of modular component builds, enterprise product design systems, user-centered product design methodologies, and design to dev hand-off processes.
• Be comfortable with both deep systems thinking and getting into the gnarliest interaction detail.
• Be able to talk big ideas and crazy concepts but also nerd out on IA, wireframes and edge cases.

The ideal candidate will have product visual design experience, preferably as an in-house product design lead. Similar product brands; Stripe, GitHub, Facebook, Google, and Airbnb. Extra attention should be paid towards a background in dashboard creation, design systems creation, and data visualization/understanding. Ueno is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
