Finance and Billing Specialist

Job Description

RoboHead ( www.robohead.net ), a division of Aquent, provides project management software solutions for over 10,000 people around the world.

On a daily basis, you’ll invoice customers, manage contracts and change orders, create month-end financial reports, and assist the sales and marketing team with other finance-related customer needs. This is a remote (home office) position that can sit anywhere in the United States.

Ways you’ll continuously add value:

• Invoicing clients in QuickBooks per clients’ contractual requirements
• Recording invoice details and client finances in various reports and databases
• Collaborating with the sales team on client activity: additions, terminations and rate reviews/increases
• Preparing and managing the communication for customer Change Orders
• Preparing monthly sales commission reports
• Preparing monthly financial summary reports for department and upper management
• Communicating with internal teams regarding customer payment information, refunds, and adjustments
• Ensuring executed documents are stored properly
• Managing team expenses and preparing monthly expense reports

Key factors that greatly impact your success:

• The ability to motivate yourself and work independently the majority of the time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong QuickBooks understanding required
• Familiarity with Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
• High attention to detail required
• General knowledge of business finance principles and terminology
• Experience with billing/invoicing, accounts receivables, collections, contracts and legal documents
