What is the Job?

• Strategically communicate the needs of the recruiting team
• Post jobs on multiple sites and measure effectiveness of various promotions
• Try out and evaluate new mediums to attract the right candidates
• Coordinate with content, video and marketing professionals to attract and educate candidates
• Collaborate with a team of recruiters
• Search and report using internal databases to study effectiveness of our methods
