- Continually improve and expand a knowledge base with resources to support internal teams, students, and parents.
Requirements:
- A passion for helping students and parents
- Experience working with students and their parents in an educational capacity. Counseling experience preferred, but not required. Preferred experience includes guiding students through the admissions process, planning their admissions journey, creating a college list, developing personal statements, reviewing supplemental essays and applications, and providing guidance on financial aid.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience reviewing admissions essays preferred, but not required. Must have excellent writing skills and the ability to provide quality feedback on essays.
- Ability to work well with different technology platforms
- A flexible schedule--during the fall semester, the job isn't a 9 to 5, and nights and weekends are required based on student/parent availability.
