What We're Looking For: As the Director of Development, you will be responsible to assist in the growth of the Domio brand under the asset light strategy through management, license and marketing affiliation arrangements and business models. You will play an important role in the entire development process working closely with Domio operations, finance, IT, and technical services teams as well as the client in the integration of new deals into the Domio portfolio.

At Domio You Will:

• Work with the Development teams to develop growth acquisition plans and strategies
• Work on underwriting feasibility and investment analysis for development deals
• Develop and maintain a network of local real estate partners (owners, landlords, brokers, agents) to create a robust supply pipeline of immediate and development opportunities and market intelligence
• Cultivate positive community relations, while promoting the benefits of partnering with Domio
• Coordinate regularly with the balance of the Development Team on market health, opportunities, and underwriting

Who You Are:

• 6-10 years of experience of hotel development or multifamily and commercial real estate, business development, or sales
• Have a thorough understanding of various brand development growth models, and structures
• Proven record of real estate and hospitality investments and development
• Growth-oriented with a drive to exceed all goals
• Entrepreneurial - self-driven and motivated
• Effectively manage multiple projects and timelines
• Work well with various teams to accomplish company goals
• Strong attention to detail
• Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
