Our Sales and Customer Success teams are growing rapidly at a time when our sales strategy pivots to keep in line with a constantly evolving market. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be a key member of a team responsible for oversight of Zumper’s Sales and CS onboarding, product training, and sales methodology training. You will work closely with the Sales, Sales Ops, CS, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure that our sellers and customer success representatives have access to the necessary training to remain competitive
What you will do:
- Develop and lead the successful execution of enablement strategies for all customer-facing teams, with a focus on developing best-in-class offerings.
- Build repeatable methods for course design, drive consistency in program development, and execution that has the flexibility to evolve as our company pivots to meet market demands.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across sales and customer success leaders to ensure enablement programs are measurable and directly contribute to the achievement of team goals and metrics.
- Determine the framework for and implementation of self-service training curriculum developed in-house or by 3rd-party vendors.
- Partner with sales, product, marketing, and sales operations teams to provide consistent facilitation, content creation, and execution of all enablement-related programs.
- Partner closely with the marketing and design organization to create consistency of branding across all internal and external facing content.
- Partner with sales operations and product teams to ensure consistency in our go-to-market messaging delivered by our sales and customer success teams.
- Build an engaging and holistic learning environment that utilizes case studies, simulations, role-plays, and other interactive methods for the continual professional development of our customer facing resources.
- Coordinate weekly and ad-hoc communications for the sales and customer success teams that may include product launches, trainings, promotions, and other important announcements.
Who You Are:
- You have 4+ years of proven experience in an Enablement, Business Development, or Sales
- You have 2+ years of course and program design and implementation experience
- Knowledgable in Salesforce, sales applications, tools, and processes
- Experience working with product teams to develop sales-focused trainings
- A relationship-builder and a skilled communicator
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial, sales, or cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is a plus!
- Able to work quickly and produce desired outcomes
- Keen eye for details is a must have!
