About this Opportunity Zumper is seeking a Vice President of Regional Sales to manage and grow our team of Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Account Executives. This role will have ownership of developing and executing a sales strategy to hit 2021 targets. This executive should be data-driven and results-oriented, responsible for 4-6 Regional Vice Presidents and a total headcount projected to grow from 30 to over 100.
What You Will Do
- Build, develop and lead a team of regional mid-market sales team members
- Create a solid operating cadence and team/individual focus around the pipeline, forecasting, deal review, sales execution and revenue realization.
- Apply value-based solution selling techniques and develop a culture of consultative sales.
- Utilize our successful playbooks and enhance particular focus areas
- Scale the existing team: provide career development and performance management that are vital to team success
- Recruit and hire top talent
Who You Are
- An ambitious, goal-oriented sales leader who can partner with executive leadership on strategy and provide hands-on mentorship to our front-line team.
- You have 10+ years leadership experience and a proven track record of success building and leading high-performance sales teams that deliver results
- Experienced in the SaaS or Property/Real Estate Tech Industry and work environments that are constantly evolving
- Accomplished manager of teams greater than 50+ people
- Skilled communicator and presenter; able to influence audiences across all levels
- Willing to travel
