What We're Looking For: We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to respond to guest issues during their stay. This includes painting, lifting and building furniture, hanging pictures, mounting TVs, A/C, HVAC, and troubleshooting. As this position responds to guest maintenance issues from clogged pipes to broken doors, on-call flexibility is a must.

At Domio You Will:

• Respond to engineering service calls throughout the property units
• Complete maintenance request work orders in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis
• Ensure that equipment is working properly
• Complete other special projects as assigned

Who You Are:

• Basic knowledge of painting, drywall, HVAC, and plumbing is preferred
• General knowledge of machines and basic hand and power tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around during entire shift
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull items that weigh up to 100 pounds
• Basic ability to comprehend English language sufficient to understand information such as labels and instructions, receive job assignments and communicate progress and/or completion of the assignment, and basic guest requests
