Reflektive is looking for an ‘up and coming’ sales leader looking to take the next step in their leadership career. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key leadership role for a key business segment in a growing SaaS company. We’re looking for an individual that loves to compete and win as well as coach and mentor the next class of great sales professionals. As the Director of Sales, you will truly be the “Captain” of the Corporate Sales Team at Reflektive. Your primary directive is to help your sales team win. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching your sellers through a complete sales process with with VP and C-Level executives. Reflektive helps organizations transform their antiquated (or non-existent) performance management process with a best in class platform that drives employee productivity, engagement and retention. This individual will be in a key client-facing role and take ownership of all revenue generation for the Corporate Sales Market Segment: building, managing and developing a high-performance SaaS sales team; leveraging a methodical, data driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing strategic level deals across all industry verticals.
What you'll do
- Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base and generate new revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at organizations with 200-1000 employees.
- Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including discovery sessions, product demonstrations, pricing proposals and contract negotiation.
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs.
- Hire, train and lead a team of high-performing Account Executives as the company grows.
- Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for new clients.
- Leverage SFDC data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.
- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development.
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
What you have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on Human Capital Management SaaS solutions.
- Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting.
- Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients.
- Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills a must (comfortable presenting alone in front of large groups).
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated individuals succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
