As Vice President of Talent Marketing, you'll be responsible for bringing the best talent to Nielsen. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will build the vision for our Nielsen Media employer brand and share it through the right channels with engaging messages to help us attract great candidates. You’ll use data and analytics to show what resonates (and what doesn’t).

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the employer brand including building brand awareness, engaging brand followers and managing the employer reputation
  • Manage the Careers website and candidate experience
  • Develop and Manage the social media strategy
  • Create and curate content across all channels
  • Develop and manage the University/Early Career recruiting strategy
  • Evaluate and optimize channel and advertising spend
  • Develop and analyze metrics for employment branding programs, social media, Careers site, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
  • 10+ years experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Marketing (global experience preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
  • Strong storytelling and creative writing skills
  • Ability to understand target audience and create innovative content that resonates
  • Experience with recruitment technology, content management and analytic tools
