Responsibilities

• Updating and managing our candidate pipeline
• Tailoring and posting job listings for open positions
• Thinking outside of the box to find talent at every opportunity
• Owning candidate experience -- guiding them through the hiring process
• Communicating the employee value proposition of an exciting opportunity

Required Skills

• 2 - 4 years of experience as a technical recruiter, specialising in full stack software engineer roles (Python, Ruby on rails, React & JavaScript etc)
• Sourcing profiles using various portals
• Experience in full lifecycle of Recruitment (Analysing requirements, Sourcing profiles, screening resumes, short listing candidates, scheduling and organising interviews).
• Take the preliminary round of interview evaluate the communication skills and suitability of the candidate.
• Well versed with professional and social networking sites.
• Pro-actively building resume database or upcoming/highly potential requirements.
