Each one of our teams exists to move us closer to our north star -- “to empower the people who power the world.” The Sales Support and Execution (SSE) team at RigUp is responsible for sourcing, onboarding and placing skilled workers on projects across a variety of energy sectors. RigUp is hiring an Implementation Analyst for our Outsourcing Operations Team within SSE that will be responsible for: Project managing the onboarding of new BPO vendors; Defining, implementing and continuously improving new processes at the vendor level; Working with our internal teams to explore new ways to leverage our existing vendor network to drive efficiency Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has experience supporting implementation projects for new technologies, products, or processes. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate skill at organizational change management and managing communications with cross functional stakeholders with varying degrees of seniority. You’ll be an especially compelling candidate if you’ve had experience working with BPOs in the past, can demonstrate that you thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling business environment and are equally comfortable with developing processes and innovating on operational model strategies to achieve business goals. What you'll be doing:
- Manages the implementation of new vendors and/or new campaigns
- Defines vendor onboarding requirements and timelines
- Leverages project management best practices to conduct detailed process discovery, design process improvements, and work with internal and vendor teams to implement new processes
- Develops process documentation, data collection methods and process reporting as required to ensure that processes are implemented and continuously maintained
- Liaises between BPO management and operational leadership to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and on spec
- Communicates risks, escalations, and urgent requests to appropriate stakeholders
- Ensures cross-functional stakeholders are engaged and informed of BPO project updates
- Enhances processes to scale, and implements automation
- Collaborates with Product, Engineering and other cross functional partners as necessary to drive departmental or organizational goals
What you should have:
- Experience in Consulting, Program/Project Management, Business Transformation, or M&A
- 3-5 years experience driving process improvement initiatives, facilitating change management, implementing technology platforms, integrating BPO vendors or managing other similar complex projects
- Creative problem solver, with a bend toward analytical and strategic thinking
- Collaborative energy that allows you to lead teams of cross-functional stakeholders to complete tasks on tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Incredible attention to detail, structured thinking and organization skills
- Proficient in process mapping, improvement, design, implementation and continuous improvement
- Six Sigma Green Belt or above highly preferred
- Experience leading through change management initiatives
