ZS's Business Consulting group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. PRINCIPAL/ VALUE & ACCESS

The Principal will leverage their experience to take responsibility for projects and lead client relationships immediately. The Principal will play a key role in the growing Payer Marketing and Value Communications within the Value & Access practice in the United States and will act as a content expert in one or more aspects of V&A. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

  • Building Payer Marketing and Value Communications capabilities, offerings and team capacity
    • Advance our overall capabilities and support of US and WW Payer Marketing
    • Lead effort to build Value Communications offering, in partnership with V&A, Marketing and Creative & Design teams to ensure integration of capabilities and services in the Value Communications space
    • Working on 2-3 early experience clients for Value Communications offering
  • Drive client relationships, business development, and project success at key ZS clients
    • Driving business and strategy development
    • Directing multiple projects simultaneously, honing analytic and project management skills
  • Motivating, coaching and serving as a role model for project team members
  • Providing thought leadership and innovation within projects and specifically within the Value Communications domain

Qualifications:

  • BS required
  • MBA preferred (or relevant work experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical market access
  • 5+ years of Payer Marketing Consulting experience
  • Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "VP" level of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies.
  • Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge
  • Ability to lead a virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects
  • A high level of motivation and self-starting attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A strong work ethic
  • A willingness to travel to meet client needs
  • Executive-level presence and communication

ZS is a global consulting firm; fluency in English is required, additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
