We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with Agile practices knowledge. This job may combine the role of an IT business analyst with some front and back-end developer basic skills.

Candidate with requires skills on Oracle database, XML, Web Services, AWR analysis, ETLs (SSIS), data discovery, preparation, integration.

Nice to have: knowledge in infrastructure, operating systems, platform performance and availability management; developer front/backend basic skills, especially on REACT.

• Demonstrate background in supporting English speaking customers and IT issues, break-ins and enhancements.
• Dedicate problem-solver who can work in a fast paced environment where multiple releases are a fact of life.
• Ability to size technical efforts accurately.
• A focus on quality with experience engineering to write, develop and test plans.
• Good understanding of object oriented programming.
• Experience collaborating with other team members in multiple teams diagnosing and debugging complex systems, and participating in triaging and repairing build, deployment and operational issues.
• Experience with web application security in software development lifecycle
• Familiar with Database SQL and System Integration,
• Willingness to take the initiative to solve problems
• Proven capabilities of working under pressure and deadlines to solve critical issues
• Confident interpersonal skills and eye toward collaboration
• The position requires strong communication skills to talk to team members local and globally; vendors; internal customers
• This role focus on delivering while having the agility to adjust and thrive in a dynamic environment.
