Role Value Proposition:
The US Region Risk Management organization is aligned with and embedded in our businesses to help appropriately manage risks arising from our products, services and business operations. The US Operational Risk Management team is responsible for supporting and overseeing all US Lines of Business and MetLife Holdings (MLH) operations. This team, along with business management, ensures that effective risk management is embedded in day to day operations and reflected in our business strategies, and related activities. The team also represents the businesses in enterprise risk discussions to ensure their voice is reflected in decision making.
The US Operational Risk Management Director will support the Head of US Operational Risk in further developing MetLife’s operational risk management framework and in working with our US Lines of Business (US LOBs) and MLH to implement such risk management framework. This associate will play a critical role in promoting, supporting and advising the US Lines of Businesses and MetLife Holdings in identifying, monitoring and managing key operational risks to enable achievement of business strategy and objectives.
