Overview:
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are an integral part of Prodigy's growth. You will bring in top talent that will lead us to become the most engaging, effective, and far-reaching education platform in the world.
- This role is a 1-year contract.
Your Impact:
- Own a specialization and become the subject matter expert for 1 or 2 departments -- possibly more
- Take the most qualified candidates through the full recruiting cycle, leading the best of the best to a hire
- Be a trusted objective advisor to your hiring teams, including senior business leaders
- Build trust and credibility by communicating relevant information to stakeholders, such as timely and clear reporting of progress and roadblocks
- Contribute best practices, processes, and guidelines that lead to efficient and effective recruiting
- Apply your current recruitment knowledge and accelerate your career growth with focused learning
- Be user obsessed, providing a best in class candidate experience
- Demonstrate teamwork & radical candor, being able to give and take feedback well with the spirit of continuous learning
- Have a growth mindset, looking for avenues to improve knowledge formally and on the job
- Demonstrate extreme ownership, owning mistakes and focusing on solutions
Who You Are:
- Passionate about finding and recruiting exceptional people, which a strong focus on culture
- Experienced in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and recruiting Developers OR Sales & Marketing professionals in a corporate and agency setting
- Knowledgeable about talent acquisition in a high growth environment
- Resilient! You have a positive attitude, even in challenging times
- Skilled in working with senior business leaders, supporting and guiding them on hiring needs
- You have a proven track record in attracting talent from top-tier tech companies
- A strong pipeline and project manager, able to achieve a high quantity of work without sacrificing quality
- You use a drip metric model to achieve hiring targets
- Focused on fostering relationships
