Job Description

As a BDR, you are responsible for sourcing, educating, developing and nurturing sales leads into qualified opportunities. Each sales team member is integral in growing our customer base and building the foundation of our future sales team. Talent development is central to our core values. What you'll do
- Spearhead the growth of Reflektive by generating qualified opportunities within corporate and/or enterprise accounts.
- Conduct business development best practices with email, phone, and social touches using Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce CRM.
- Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries regarding interest in Reflektive products.
- Craft a great first impression to our prospects by adding value during every touchpoint.
- Commit to understanding/owning their territory and becoming a trusted member of the BDR Org while collaborating with their Account Executives.
- Extensive use of Salesforce CRM and other tools to build and maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects.
- Be eager to learn and engage in team development and mentoring.
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities.

- Interest in entrepreneurship and technology.

- Prior SDR/BDR experience.
- Prior experience at high-growth, SaaS company.
- Salesforce experience.
