As a valued colleague on our team, you will monitor and provide analysis on business problems and/or opportunities, including process improvement, system enhancement, and training. In this role, you will support the development, alignment, and/or architecture of strategic business objectives.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Enterprise Architecture - Business Architecture - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Provide analyses in identifying operational pain points and/or opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Partner with other departments to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency in strategic and tactical efforts.
  • Review and assess proposed or current projects for adherence to architecture standards
  • Confer with business units and application development staff to understand the business requirements.
  • Create optimized, high-level views of enterprise business models and processes in a current/target state business architecture.
  • Align artifacts, functions and data towards the broader architecture vision.
  • Monitor ongoing process enhancements for improved business performance.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMDesired Experiences

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Skills

  • Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas
  • Critical thinking / consulting skills / problem solving skills / familiarity with the MECE framework
  • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
  • The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
  • Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • The group of skills related to Business Process Management including business process modeling, process design and implementation, etc.
  • The group of skills related to Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
